I have been licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and appellate courts as well as Minnesota federal district court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals since 1992.

• Success in virtually all state and federal court appeals including jurisdictional issues of first impression before Minnesota federal district court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Expanded firm’s litigation practice and played key role in firm preferred counsel designation for several large clients.
